Please be aware that some items we sell are Antiques and by their very nature are old and can therefore show signs of wear and or hairline cracks. We do try to comment on any found and where possible show a picture in our listing. We therefore do not accept responsibility for any we accidentally miss. All items are sold as described with no guarantee or returns accepted.

If you are outside UK , you MUST get a price for postage from me and agree to it BEFORE you start bidding. This is because the cost of posting items overseas has soared and we can do nothing about it regrettably !!

We endeavor to pack our items well and secure to eliminate any breakages.The cost covers Packaging Materials, Travelling to Post Office and the Postal Costs. We therefore do not combine postage costs. We normally ship items within three working days of Cleared Payments (no weekend shipping). If you are not happy with any costs we have listed then please do not bid.

We always obtain a proof of postage and will provide you with a copy  upon request. We therefore do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items due to the Postal System used. Lost items will be claimed for but unless extra insurance is purchased by winning bidder, only the recovered amount will be repaid. All Postage costs including shipping out and return item costs by customer are non refundable.

Please note:- Due to the number of items we ship and for security, we do not offer a collection option except on large, heavy and expensive / fragile goods, and then only by prior arrangement.

I operate an honest site as you will see from my feedback, but I do get the occasional bidder who is dishonest and wants to "try it on " .
