Simon Vehicle Summary This vehicle is completely HPI clear and free from DVLA & VOSA mileage discrepancies !! Please please please please please please please NO TIMEWASTERS !!! This vehicle is an MOT Failure and requires work !!! You are viewing a 99V VW Golf 1.4 E, fitted with genuine 18" newshape genuine VW Golf GTI Alloys, GTI interior and blacked out windows. It looks the beans, however it has just failed and MOT and I am not prepared to pay for it to be repaired, so that there is NO CONFUSION with what it failed on do not bid until you have viewed it's faults - to view the faults go to http://www.motinfo.gov.uk/ click continue, then click request history then type in this MOT Test number 790612309304 and the registration V722 HKG. The MOT tester thinks the rings or the seals are on there way out, the engine does not knock and it drives perfectly, it does chuff out blue smoke on hard excelleration intermitently, the exhaust can be welded easily. There is a current MOT until 23rd November, but no tax. Condition Criteria - What I actually describe below. I describe below the actual condition of the vehicle, not it's cleanliness. I describe significant dents, rust, vandal scratches, broken trim, neglect, poor repairs and excessive wear, basically everything which is above normal every day "wear and tear". You must expect the vehicle require a FULL VALET . Normal "wear and tear" includes minor blemishes such as, light scratches, scuffs, trolley dings, alloy wheel corrosion & stonechips. If you would like clarification or a personal description, please do not hesitate to call me prior to the auction ending. Cheers Simon Exterior Condition You can see from the photos it still looks highly presentable, however it requires a really good buff, polish and touching in here and there, the bonnet and roof both need repainting because the lacquer has peeled in places, the wheels are in a good condition with only a few scuffs and scrapes. From 10 feet it looks great, it's just on closer inspection it's showing it's age. Interior Condition Having viewed the interior pictures you can see it is only showing normal wear for it's age and mileage, I have checked all the interior controls and have not been able to find a fault with it at all, please note the stereo is not being sold with the car and the spare wheel is missing. A point to not is to get into the rear seats you need to move the front seats forward and adjust the backrests forward ( the seats are out of a 5 door ). Your Contract, Bidding Terms & Payment Process When you bid on ebay you entering into Legally Binding Contract with the Seller. By bidding you are stating you have read the listing and that you fully agree to abide to the Sellers Terms. I have three steps to my Payment Process which you must follow in sequence. The process is structured so that my business runs efficiently & effectively. I have no time for winning bidders who refuse or ignore their obligation. Non-payers are invoiced initially for £100 + VAT for admin, ebay costs, storage and the loss of 2 weeks Turnover, legal action follows if payment isn't received. DO NOT BID if you cannot RESPECT and follow the process below. Step 1. Make Contact. Please send a courtesy confirmation email or call me and "leave a message" on the evening of the auction with your name and daytime number. Step 2. Pay 20% Down-Payment I will call you the following day to give you my HSBC Business Account details. You must pay an initial 20% Down-Payment in cash directly into a branch of the HSBC Bank by 5pm Thursday 12th November. The Down-Payment has to be paid prior to you making arrangements for collection. Step 3. Arrange Collection After paying the Down-Payment simply call me to arrange collection, however I would like this vehicle to be collected by noon Saturday 14th November or the full balance paid if you cannot collect by then. I will store it for longer for a daily fee of £5.00. Your balance is to be paid on collection by cash or by Bankers Draft made payable to "Car Search UK Ltd" only, I do not accept any other methods of payment. Due to the Money Laundering Laws the maximum I will accept in cash including the deposit is £7000. This is a NO RESERVE auction, the vehicle is being sold to the highest bidder as per normal Motor-Auction rules as a "Trade to Trade" sale. If on collection, I will fully refund the Down-Payment and compensate you for your time and travel if I have obviously got the description completely wrong, however I assure you this has never happened - Trust is the key, I guarantee my description will be accurate ! Collection information. My cars are stored in two places, either at home which is Cullompton EX15 1AX ( Junction 28 of the M5 ) or at "BCA" Bridgwater TA6 4TN ( Junction 23 of the M5 and "BCA" is signposted ). If the car is in Cullompton and it would be more convenient for you to collect it from Bridgwater then usually I can return it to Bridgwater, however I do charge a fee of £40, it's the same from Bridgwater to Cullompton. Please check with me on the last day of the auction for the vehicle's location. Wednesdays and Fridays you can make an appointment to collect at Bridgwater between 9am to 9.45am and from 1pm to 2pm. Appointments for collection can also be made in Cullompton on Mon Tues & Thurs between 9-5pm. Saturday mornings I am in Cullompton from 9am till Noon. Collection cannot be made outside of the hours listed and please make sure you arrive on time. If you wish to come by train to Cullompton, the closest Station is Tiverton Parkway, Bridgwater have there own Station - If you would like to be collected from either station I charge a fee of £10.
