I am selling my Proton Compact Duo limited edition.

This car is metallic purple with a silver fleck. It has silver bumpers and spoiler to match the paintwork, very sporty looking.

Bad Points:

•  The spoiler is begining to flake and now has two big flaked off patches due to air bubbles that formed and broke in a car wash. This makes the car look at little scruffy but does not detract away from the excellent reliable engine. A new spoiler can be bought on ebay for around 20-30 pound and the car will be visually pleasing again and back to a good standard for those this may worry.
• There are general stone chips on the front bonnet expected on a car of this age and the left rear of the car has been scratched by a previous owner that has since been covered with as close to matching paint as possible to prevent rust and further damage.
• This is also a small chip on the passenger side door due to uncareful people in the public car parks which has been covered to prevent rust.
• Surface scratches on the bumpers from general wear and tear.
• The windows wind down and tend to stick a little when wound back up this can be corrected.
• The horn is not on the steering wheel but has been moved to the left hand side still works.

Good Points:

• 96479 miles on the clock
• Power steering
• Good set of horns to be heard
• Drivers side air bag
• Immobiliser.
• Two keys for the car that I had cut and programmed not long after getting the car. ( You will never have to worry about loosing your keys)
• Car comes with am/fm radio and a new cd player that is also set up to play your mp3 player.
• Two newly fitted rear tyres that will not need to be changed, good for plenty of miles travelling around the countryside.
• Excellent interior no rips, tears or scags in the material. Good size boot for carrying items.
• 10 months tax on the car
• 10 months MOT on the car
• Reliable engine never fails to start
• New air filter and spark plugs (was serviced by my husband)

I have had this car for two years and it has never failed to start or let me down. No nasty knocking noises from the engine and runs very well, good reliable engine.Good on fuel and cheap to insure would make an excellent start car or cheap run around. Selling as I now need a bigger car to get around.

I would suggest a viewing as this is not a showroom car this has been used and loved. I am sure I am making this sound worse than it is but I try to give an honest description so buyers will no be let down. Low starting price for a car of this year.....
