1999 Millennium Timekeeper M/S - Presentation Pack M02.

The designs are based on Earth's rotation and hands of a clock, which as the continents pass, the clock's hands draw closer together until, at the moment of the Millennium, they coincide on stamp four of the miniature sheet.
