This vehicle is being sold “as is”, with no keys. However, It does have a log book, and MOT until 31st May 2008. It is also taxed until 31st January 2009. As the vehicle has no keys it can only be removed from our pound on a recovery vehicle. It cannot be driven away.

The gradings above relating to Bodywork, Paintwork and Interior are based only on a brief visual inspection of the vehicle. We are not experts or motor traders and these gradings are intended as a guide only. They are not an exact indication of the condition of the areas detailed.

No inspection has been made of the mechanical condition of the vehicle and the vehicle has not been driven by us. We offer no guarantee or guidance whatsoever on the mechanical condition of the vehicle or even if it is roadworthy or not.

If you have negative or zero feedback, or feedback of less than 5, your bid will be automatically cancelled without notice or reference to yourselves. We are Parking Enforcement Contractors for a number of Local Authorities within London and numerous Housing Associations. This vehicle was removed from site under a parking enforcement scheme with our clients and it is being auctioned as a result of it remaining unclaimed by its owner.

Viewing of the vehicle is possible by appointment only as it is in a locked and secure Pound facility. We have included many photographs and a brief visual description.

Any vehicle contents that may be shown in the photos, e.g. map books, cassettes or CDs, floor mats, removable seat covers, etc are not included in the sale. The sale is for the vehicle only, not its contents.

This vehicle is available only to UK bidders and is for collection only. WE do not deliver vehicles. The vehicle is located in Haringey, N8. Please be aware that you may not be able to drive the vehicle away from site. Anyone who does drive a vehicle away does so under their own risk as to whether or not the vehicle is roadworthy or road legal.

All vehicles must be paid for and collected within 5 days of the auction ending otherwise the vehicle will be re-auctioned or disposed of without further notice.
