This sale is for a very low mileage, 1 owner Volvo S40 SE Automatic in metallic red with full Volvo service history.

I am an independant Motor Trader and this vehicle came to me from a main Vauxhall dealership, it was a part exchange.

This isnt an average 1998S S40, I would think it is the best available. It isnt the cheapest one around, there are probably a few more expensive models out there but this one really is superb.

This car has had one owner from new and has only covered 27,200 miles. It has full service history with the Volvo dealer that supplied it. There are 10 service stamps (including the pre delivery check) in the book and these are accompanied by all of the detailed invoices.

The car is in excellent condition throughout, even the engine looks brand new. The photos I have attached here were taken before cleaning the car. In fact it has been kept so nice it doesnt require a full valet.

There are one or two very, very minor marks on the bodywork. A very small parking 'dink' on a rear door (paint not broken) and a couple of very minor scratch marks, other than that it is fantastic.

I worked for Volvo main agents for 7 years during the 90's and the S40/V40 range was launched whilst I was employed in the Volvo network and this car feels like a brand new one to drive. Just as I remember them.

It has a good specification, wood trim, climate control, cruise control, SIPS, airbag, Dynamic Stability Assistance (like traction control), ABS, electric windows & mirrors, remote central locking, trip computer, front centre and rear centre armrests, headlamp wash wipe and heated front seats.

As you can tell I cant sing this cars praises enough, I think that it is a one off, a rare opportunity.

I have placed the buy it now price at £1995, I think this is amazing value for a quality car that is barely used, meticulously maintained and almost as new.
