Hi
Up for auction is my very first car which I bought ready for when I pass however I have since lost all the money I saved on driving lessons and can not afford to carry on for a while and so the car is sat around doing nothing and I don’t see the point in it if someone can be using it.
It is a good little car to drive as I have had a few goes in it and there are no problems with it what so ever.
Funny enough I bought it off ebay and brought all the way home to Plymouth from Cardiff (cant ask for a better test drive than that!!!).
I bought it back in January 08 when the tax and MOT had just ran out and have done a few bits and pieces to it since then such as:
New steering column
Some welding to the exhaust
New catalyc converter
Some welding done to the back suspension
And the above was just to get it though MOT.
And then being a young teenager I changed little bits such as:
The gear knob
The seat covers and floor mats
I also put Lexus lights on and I think they look brilliant on a silver car
I also cut a piece of wood for the boot and covered it in leather and I did the same with the parcel shelf as it looked a bit grubby.
The only thing that lets it doen I have to say is the body work as the previous owners had a few bumps and scrapes but nothing to serious. The worst is shown in the picture on the passengers side just under the bumper trim. But it is in petty good condition for a ten year old car and the main thing is there is no sign of rust in any way shape or form.
Id say it is in better condition now than when I first bought it and Id love to keep it but unfortunately I cant.
I have got all the receipts for the work carried out for the MOT
I also have the other relevant paper work for the car including the mot certificate and the V5 and the handbook.
I am not going to hide the fact I am looking for around the 800-900 mark for this car and I must stress this does not even cover the work I had done on the car so it is a real bargain.
I will only accept cash on collection cheers
Any questions and viewings are welcome
Thanks and happy bidding
