This auction is for my 1997 Mitsubishi Carisma GLXi

The car has a low mileage for age of  just under 79000 miles although this will go up as the car is still used on a daily basis. It starts 1st time every time and runs like a dream. For a cheap run around it has a very good look to it but to be honest we have to say that it does have age related marks around the car......nothing too major in our eyes. You can come and view the car before the end of the sale with pleasure.

          

 The car has Speedline alloy wheels in white as seen in pics. They really look good on the car but would look better with a fresh lick of paint. It also boast a nice looking rear spoiler that compliments the car along with giving it that sporty look. The drivers seat springs seem to be worn and some people may like to replace the seat but we have left the car like this as it does not bother us.

           

I will leave the Alpine sterio CD player in along with the Sony X-plod 6 x 9 speakers in the rear. This is a very economicle car that has Road Fund Licence until the end of April 2008 and an MOT until Oct 2008.

This car has been used as the family school run vehicle and shopping car and has a few scuffs and scrathes around that are inline with the age of the car. We keep informing you of this ( even though the car looks sutnning) as we would rather you not think that you are buying an eleven year old car that is in brand new condition (some people on Ebay seem to think that this is possible)  ;0)

The Carisma has sensible running costs, reliability, low emission outputs and decent equipment.

It has always been in perfect working order, never failed mechanically and always passed MOT's and it would make a great first car or average family car run about. One more thing I have to mention is that I miss 5th gear now and again but my wife who uses the car most of the time always gets it in straight away.....this i was putting down to the gear selector maybe wanting to be replaced and not my driving but a test drive again is more than welcome at an arranged time.  Please note that the car was dirty in the pics but will hve a very good clean inside and out before we let it go to the new owner. Just look at the Mpg on this car:

We are selling as my wife now has a seven seater Land Rover. The car is sold as seen and with no warranties as we are not traders.
