We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer and Cheques.

All payments including E-cheques through paypal must be cleared before we dispatch any items.

Shipping & Import

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. 

We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. 

Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque as all payments must be cleared before any items leave us.

Please note that breakable items such as lights or glass must be checked before you sign for them as no claims for damage will be entertained after this time.

Additional postage to the following areas such as Scottish Highlands, some of the  postcodes are as follows AB31 and above, HS, IV, KA27 & 28, KW, PA20 & above, PH4 and above and ZE. OR Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles, All other isles off the mainland.
EXTRA CHARGES TO SOUTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS
Additional charges are determined by location and weight and can be SUBSTANTIAL for delivery to any of the areas listed. If in doubt then PLEASE GET A QUOTE before purchasing an item (call with your postcode, item number and product name).

All parts unless otherwise stated come with 30 days guarantee with the exception of breakable parts such as lights ,glass & trim etc,which must be checked on arrival and if found to be damaged ,must be refused delivery.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. 

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.

All returned goods must be packed in a secure manner and in their original condition,i.e not tampered with in any way and any security markings are still intact.
