SAAB 1994 2.0 LPT CDE AUTO.
The Abbott Racing Upgrade carried out on my Saab:
High flow sport alloy intercooler
Re-mapped ECU
Abbott stainless steel, piston operated dump valve
JR high air flow induction Kit
Abbott Stainless back box
Up rated suspension bushes/shocks
Abbott documented to increase power by 30BHP adding the back box and induction kit Abbott claim a further 10BHP gain,totalling 190+ BHP it is just awesome,the added bonus is no badges denoting it's turbo or upgrades so a real wolf under cover.
Mileage is 140000 and has only covered 8000 in the last 2 years.MOT until end of Feb 09 and taxed until Aug 08 so can be driven away. Recent work carried out for current MOT includes 2 new front tyres (Firestone’s) new vented front discs and pads all round. Stamped service history up to 132000 and plenty of old invoices and mots.I have the original air filter housing and new owner is welcome to this.Also have original handbooks and wallet.
The previous owner prudently took out a gold used car warranty and in 1999 at 60000 miles complained of a knocking from the engine the resulting work invoiced was supply and fit a new oil pump, big end shells, main bearing shells, timing chains and a new auto box. So only 80k done on gearbox and bottom end of engine.This work was carried out by Currie Motors Hampton Hill Saab Middlesex.
The interior is beige leather and the fronts show signs of age but I have treated them with colour matched dye and they look good.
All electric items work as they should, climate control (blows cold but would benefit from a re-gas), cruise control, heated front seats, and elec windows/mirrors. Cobra remote central locking /alarm, 2 keys 1 brand new fob.
I will include the CD player which has bluetooth facility and i pod connection at the rear
THE BAD POINTS
Some general scuffs and car park marks the worst is a small dent in nearside rear quarter near rear light cluster (see photo)only noticable close up
Chip in windscreen Been repaired and documented
Alloys not to bad but centre caps need some attention,
