This exquisite Halcyon Days enamel box was made exclusively for His Royal Highness, Prince Charles,The Prince of Wales. The boxes are made to a unique design, created exclusively for the Prince.

The Prince has these special boxes made to give to the staff in his personal offices at the royal palaces,as a Christmas gift. Only about 200 of each box is produced each year. They are given to the more senior staff members, making them one of the most sought after royal commemoratives, and a wonderful investment.

Each year the box portrays a different royal residence or a scene from one of the royal estates , this box portrays the Duchy of Cornwall Office on the Isle of Scilly,part of the Duchy of Cornwall Estate.The interior of the lid has the dedication "Presented by His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales".,and inside on the base is the location of the scene. "Duchy of Cornwall Office - Isles of Scilly".

Halcyon Days were awarded the coveted Royal Warrants by The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Queen Mother and The Prince of Wales.They are as the only Royal Warant Holders for Objects d'Art and are one of only seven companies to hold all four Royal Warrants.These beautiful enamel boxes are admired for their exceptional design and fine quality, they are precious heirlooms which will continue to bring pleasure to future generations. The enamel box is 1 ¼" - 30mm in diameter and is in pristine condition. The Halcyon Days backstamp is on the base. The box is accompanied by a Certificate of Provenance signed by Keith Lawson who is an expert recognized by UK auction houses. Both he,and Peter Smith, the other Director of Royal & Regal Memorabilia, appear regularly on TV in the UK, as experts in this field.

We give a damage report on each item, using the same terms as auction houses throughout the world .Some of the items we sell are as much as a 100 years old, as such, they vary a great deal in condition. Some have been treasured, and are as the day they were made, others have been less fortunate.
