We are a small specialist company based near Epping in Essex.  I wholesale late vehicles to a number of franchised Main Dealers, which enables me to purchase selected part exchange vehicles from them, which I then market on eBay!

I have worked within the Main Dealer network for the last 24 years and have had a lot of experience with vehicles - from Hatchbacks and People Carriers to specialist 4x4, classic and sports cars.  My personal hobby and passion is classic cars, from restoration to racing.

Benefits to you! -  Being a sole operator I keep my costs low so that you have an opportunity to buy much lower than the normal retail price you would see on dealer forecourts. My descriptions are accurate and I will give you an honest and professional view of the condition of the vehicle and the likely guide price.
 
All vehicles are HPI checked for outstanding finance and serious accident damage, and the majority of our vehicles are offered with service history and warranted mileage, which will be confirmed to you in the vehicle description.
 
I personally test drive all vehicles offered for sale so I can give you a personal and in depth opinion. I don’t ask for deposits or money up-front and I like every bid winner to view the vehicle and agree the description prior to any monies changing hands.   I personally have a view that I would not pay for a car unless I had seen and agreed the condition of it.

Viewing - Longfield Motor Company is located Near Matching Green 15 minutes from London Stansted Airport and 15 minutes from Epping Central Line underground and we will happily arrange to collect customers from these links. Vehicles can be viewed on weekdays Monday – Thursday or on Saturday or Sunday (day or evening).  On Fridays we are closed.

Aston Martin Virage, Automatic, Registered 01/08/1990, H532 KSX, Salisbury Blue Metallic, Parchment Hide Piped Blue, Suede Roof Lining, Blue Carpets and Detailing, 64,099 miles with Full Supporting History Portfolio from new, This Vehicle has 13 Service entries with the majority having Supporting Invoices, Last serviced at 63,482 miles at which time it had new rear discs and pads fitted plus other items totalling £1,800.00, 15 Previous MOT Certificates, This car has always been looked after by Aston Martin Main Dealers, Aston Martin Works Factory or Aston Martin Specialists –  In 1997 at 29,771 miles the second owner had the Virage sent to the Aston Martin factory for light remedial repairs and a full service at which time the car was repainted by the factory at a cost of £19,442 all supporting invoices and photographs are with the paperwork – Hence why the car looks in the condition you see today! - Full Hand Book Pack, Original supply two sets of keys, Unused First Aid Kit, Original supply Jack & Tools.

   
Good Points:

A Very Genuine Virage that drives superbly – The History and documentation that support this car are quite incredible! Salisbury Blue has to be one of the best AM colours associated with the period.  I would strongly recommend that interested parties arrange an appointment with me to view this car – The Aston was taken in Part Exchange from an absolute Gentleman who purchased a late Bentley from us – It was lovely talking to him about the car and he has owned Aston Martin`s from DB5 through DB6, DB V8 and then the Virage – He said every time he sells one, the price rockets and he always wished he had kept it – He commented that he sold his DB5 for £2300.00 !!!  £100,000 + Today!

I promised him I would find the car a good home and I am hoping an AM enthusiast will buy it, please talk to me prior to bidding on the car so we can all agree that the car would be right for you!

This Virage offers Aston Martin ownership to those who perhaps thought it might never be – I am fortunate to be in this club, albeit the owner of this car told me I had a Ford Aston Martin which does not count!!!  From experience to own one of these cars is like executive entry to the best club in the world and makes you feel great – If you are worried it may cost you a lot to run, or feel nervous about owning one, let me remind you that you only live once!!! and yes they can cost more than your average classic to live with, but then they are not your average classic!

Not so Good Points:

Being mostly Aluminium they do suffer with a little electrolysis paint reaction and this has occurred on a few spots on the roof - All Virage`s suffer with this!  - Inside the door sills are a few blisters which would make for a desirable repair! One small mark on the nearside front wing, otherwise the car is immaculate, the previous owner even had the Alloys refurbished recently.

What can I say, at this money there will be strong interest!

Perspective buyers are encouraged to view this car – Due to its age I am not able to offer any warranty with the car and the vehicle will be invoiced as a collector’s piece
