Minnie for Sale

You are bidding on Minnie, my mini 30! She is a Limited Edition Mini, only 1500 of the red were made. She has been off the road and garaged now for 4 years, I was planning to restore her to her former glory, but having just had a baby, funds and time are already stretched. So she is looking for a new owner, sadly!
 

I have owned her since 2000, she had 2 previous owners before me. (Due to me travelling she has been signed over to my mum a couple of times, so is registered as having 7 pervious owners.)
 
Due to her age she needs some TLC, I am trying to be as honest as possible about her current condition.
 
The good bits

She is in, I think good overall condition considering she is an 18 year old car
 
Interior is in good condition and all original, Half Leather black interior with red piping. Heading is still intact with no rips or tears, like a lot of mini's.
New gearbox (2002) about 14,000 miles ago
New Alternator (2002)
4 New tyres (2004)
New outersills (2004)
New Rear subframe (2004)
Laserline alarm and immobliser
Stage one kit fitted
Walnut Dash

 
The bad bits
 
Rust on driverside A Panel, but door is fine
Rust on Passenger door, but A panel is fine
Rust on bonnet
Rust around front end, lights, window etc (where mini's go)

the 5 alloy wheels, 2 will need to be re-conditioned but 3 are in good condition

I have advertised this elsewhere so reserve the right to end the auction early, if you are sucessful a deposit of £100 to be paid by paypal, and the rest on collection. If you do not have a paypal account please e-mail me and we can organise payment another way if necessary
