Up for grabs is my Vespa Mk1 T5 I bought it in August last year and it has served me well, my plan was to restore but three lambrettas and imminent immigration mean I'm not gonna get round to it.
It is in good working order. The main faults with it are a dent in the front mudguard which can easily be pushed out and repainted and a slight buckle in the floor due to the sidestand that is fitted, there are no splits in the floor though and it would be a very easy repair. The paint is also a bit scratched in places but is perfectly usable as is. The loom is original so is a bit shabby but everything works as is should except the analogue rev counter and the ignition key, however a brand new loom is included in the sale.
The good points are it has a Malossi 172 conversion, 30mm PHBH carb, 21 tooth 5 plate cosa clutch with uprated springs and a PM pipe so it goes extremely well and is very reliable, it also has a rear carrier with a volvo type back rest. There is a belly pan, side stand and passenger footrest fitted. All the cable inners have been replaced recently but there is a new complete set included in the sale.
There are a few other bits and bobs to go with it such as a replacement mudguard that just needs a small bit of welding, a new headlight unit, a 20 tooth clutch basket and anything else I can find.
The MOT has just expired but will come with full MOT and ten months tax.
The scoot is located in South Wales but I can deliver at cost to most places or meet you half way if you wish or you can arrange a courier but the scooter will not be released untill I have received full, cleared payment.
Viewing is possible if arranged in advance and feel free to ask any questions.
You bid to buy, not to come and suck air over your teeth and try and haggle, non paying bidders will be reported to ebay.
