If an item has been wrongly described or a defect missed then I will be happy to refund payments, if an item is lost or damaged in the post it is not my responsiblity to refund but that of the Post Office. I will obtain the appropriate form if this happens so that a claim can be made. Overseas buyers are stongly recommened to take out insurance on items of value so that a tracking number can be obtained without this number once an item leaves this country it can no longer be tracked unless insured or international signed for has been taken out.
