I came across a lot of 1950-60's advertising from pages of Time and Life magazine a couple of years ago. I am always fascinated for advertising and found some advertising of items that would remind me of my childhood as well as other stages in my life. I send to frame a few of them: my father's LTD Station Wagon, my mother's favorite perfume ( I remember the first time my mother put it on her. My dad bought it after she hinted how much she liked it by leaving the magazine open in the page I now had matted and framed), my first car that was a Pacer as well as a vintage 1955 Exercycle bike that I ride every day. Now all my friends gravitate towards the room of the ads and we talk for hours about many themes that these advertisement inspire on us. I don't have pictures of family members around the house but just memories of the moments that will animate those faces in my imagination. They look classy, interesting and beautiful. I am not a collector and I will not grade these ad pages. All are in good condition and ready to mat and frame. Judge the condition by the picture but if you have any question or want a detail, please e-mail me. I will not charge shipping for extra ads inside the same envelope. This ad will be shipped flat inside one plastic envelope that goes inside a heavy duty manila envelope. Under normal handling it should get to you safe and sound. As a matter of fact 99% of all the ads we send arrive in perfect condition. We stamp each envelope with a FRAGILE / DO NOT BEND sign for additional precaution. If by any chance you become a 1% victim of the abuses of the postal service and your ad arrives in bad condition, send me a picture of it and I will refund your money. We do this in order to keep a low shipping cost. If you feel uneasy about the safety of your ad we can mail it to you rolled inside a sturdy cardboard tube for additional $2 to cover the extra cost.
