1977 Queen's Silver Jubilee Specimen Mint Crown Coin
a great collectors piece c/w encapsulated UNC crown coin

Issued to commemorate Her Majesty's Silver Jubilee as determined by Royal Proclamation on 17th December 1976
to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Queen's accession to the throne in 1952.  

The designs, which are by Arnold Machin OBE, RA, show The Queen in Her uniform as Colonel-in-Chief of the Grenadier Guards
and on the reverse the Ampulla and Annointing Spoon that were used in the Coronation Ceremony.
These are believed to to date respectively from the 14th and 12th centuries and are probably the oldest items
in the Royal Regalia to have remained in constant use

I believe that this batch of coin folders date back to 1977 and can confirm that
they are pre-packed with a protective card board wrap in individual envelopes.
Therefore you will be the first person to see the coin folder since it was packed in 1977
and so I can not confirm for certain what condition the item is in 
I can however confirm that the 2 or 3 that I have openned are in perfect condition
one of which I have happily added to my own collection

Please note, the envelopes are 32 years old and do appear that way
( do not be concerned, they are fine to use, just so you know )
