• Squeeze onto scrap paper to establish flow, use to embellish rubber
  stamp designs, most card & craft projects - a
  llow to dry for 1- 2 hours.
• For Fabric:
• Prewash material, line garments with cardboard.
  Squeeze onto scrap to establish flow.
  Decorate clothing and accessories.
  Allow to dry FLAT for 24 hours.
  Wait 72 hours to gently machine wash with MILD detergent.
• Dot, draw, outline, colour, write and border...............................

Payment Options

• Paypal:

  • Paypal is the only automatic option available for non UK buyers.
    If you do not receive a dispatch notification from us within 24hrs of making a Paypal payment please email us including your ebay user ID, date of purchase & date of payment.
    Please note that e-cheque payments can take up to 10 days to clear & that we will not post goods until we receive confirmation from Paypal that an e-cheque has cleared.

• Cheque:

  • Please make your cheque payable to S.Brooker & include a copy of your invoice with your payment. We do not normally wait for cheques to clear before posting purchase/s but reserve the right to do so - really only applies to new customers, the rest of you KNOW we don't wait for your cheques to clear.

• Postal Order:

  • For your own peace of mind & security we recommend that you only send CROSSED postal orders through the postal system.
    Please make postal orders payable to S.Brooker

  • FREE GIFT with EVERY order paid via postal order!

• Cash:

  • For your own safety please do NOT send cash through the post.

Postage

We aim to post your purchase/s within 24hrs of receiving your CLEARED payment. Purchases paid for after 11am on Saturday will be posted on the following Monday - unless it's a bank holiday in which case it will be Tuesday - the only exception being, possibly, the Christmas period!

ALL packages are insured automatically up to the Royal mail maximum - information on this can be found at www.royalmail.com If your package exceeds this value we recommend that you request special delivery for UK or airmail, insured elsewhere - simply email us for a revised invoice.

If your package is lost or damaged by the Royal mail we GUARANTEE to process the claim for you!
Please note: The Royal mail will write to you requesting confirmation of the loss/damage (also applies to recorded delivery) & will NOT pay any claims for ebay purchases without this confirmation.
We will refund/replace your purchases as soon as possible.
Sorry - we used to refund/replace immediately we were informed of a problem but, due to a few unscrupulous ebayers, we are now forced to wait!

International claims for loss or damage may take several weeks to process.

VAT is included in the purchase price of ALL our items.

For non EU customers:

We don't currently have the facility to deduct the vat from your purchases but our postage calculations are discounted to allow for the vat.
As an example: If your purchases total £11.75 (£10.00 + £1.75 vat) & your postage cost is £3.00 the actual postage you will pay is £1.25 (£3.00 - £1.75) + packaging.

Returns

We refund in full including postage paid & return costs for items that are returned as faulty or 'not as described' provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
All eligible items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price of the item provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt.
In both cases please email us to advise us of the return including the item number/s you are returning, your ebay user ID & the reason for return.

We recommend that you use Royal mail recorded or special delivery for returns.
