I aim to get goods to buyers within seven working days of payment being received. Cheques are no longer accepted following two bounced ones in a week and also because of complaints from buyers who have paid by cheque about the time I take to dispatch items so paid (Clearance times for cheques by the banks is ten days). Postal Orders or concealed cash is fine (no coins). I dispatch on Mondays and as often as possible through the week.

In case of complaint.please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback, as I am happy to resolve complaints mutually.

Postage. I do not aim to make money from postage, but I do pack well, largely in new Jiffy bags,(Except beermats) which cost anything from 33p to £1. On rare occasions, I will use a used bag, only when I have run out of new bags. I do not sell rubbish, so your goods will not be packed in rubbish. If I find, on sending your item, that I have overcharged you for postage, then you will get the excess amount refunded within seven days of the item being sent.

I am happy to invoice regular buyers on a weekly basis. If you are bidding on more than one item, please drop me a message asking me to wait. Otherwise, please pay within 3 days of invoice or contact me. I do give reductions on postage for multiple purchases.

Finally, once you have become the successful buyer, you have contracted to buy and I will insist on payment. Disputes of this nature will be referred to E-bay for their adjudication.
