All UK Standard Parcels are sent with a certificate of postage and insurance to cover the value of item.

All International post is sent by recorded (signed for) airmail post.

In the event of an insurance claim for loss or damage the claim is the responsibility of the buyer. I will provide the buyer with the necessary receipts to make the claim.

I am always happy to offer a refund if you feel my description was misleading.

Any refund will be the final bid price but I do not refund postage costs.

I will issue the refund by the same method payment was received once the item has been returned to me in the same condition and packaging it was despatched in.
