Old 1970 Frog 1/72 scale Lockheed F-104 Starfighter - plastic model aircraft kit 

Catalogue ref: F268. This kit is in a classic Frog "G1" type box, indicating that this is the 1970-73 release 

Kit is one of Frog's ex-Hasegawa issues. A story for Frog enthusiasts - at first, the sprues from this Hasegawa mould were too large to fit the standard Frog box, so a special flat box was used. After about a year, the mould had been modified and a normal G1 box was introduced instead. The artwork was changed at the same time. This kit has the modified mould, which is clearly evident in the layout of the sprues. 

Nice collectable kit, over 35 years old, full of nostalgia!

This item came to me second-hand and has been carefully checked. Parts are guaranteed, still on sprue and still sealed in original poly-bag. Decals and instructions are present. Box is in very good condition
