The 1968 first edition and first printing of the wonderful Andy Warhol 'Stockholm Catalogue' published by the Moderna Museet in 1968.

This one of the very best books we have sold on eBay. It is the most extraordinary of art catalogues - hundreds of images of Warhol's works and then photographs of the Factory by Billy Name.

The book is featured in the Parr and Badger photobook volume 2: “[The Stockholm Catalogue] is a fine example of the catalogue as artist book a form ostensibly began with the Dadaist and Surrealist…it demonstrates [Warhol’s] position as a latter day Dadaist."

Condition as follows: two minor closed tears in upper front cover, two minor closed tears in back cover edge, spine has a scrape - see our close up photograph - otherwise it really is a great condition copy - the best condition we have ever seen this catalogue in
