All items are described as accurate as possible, Mint stamps of the Victorian era are to be considered re-gummed unless stated otherwise.  Stamps sold with certificates are sold on the opinion of such and not to any other opinion.  Please be aware that if you decline the optional insurance cover quoted on the listing, your package has ZERO insurance or compensation cover and therefore shipping will be entirely at your own risk.  Please be aware that according to Royal Mail, standard postage, recorded delivery and Airmail deliveries do NOT offer any compensation for items of value eg money, jewellery or other valuables including stamps, these packages should be sent by "Special Delivery" or "International Signed For", if compensation or insurance is required.  In the event of a claim i will upon request forward proof of postage/insurance (which i always obtain) for you to pursue any postage/shipping claim you wish to pursue.
