1965 ITU POM Pack.

"Post Office Missed" Presentation pack issued in the late 1970s. These are privately produced packs issued to commemorate the stamp issues where the Post Office didn't issue their own pack. A total of 16 packs were issued. Only 2000 of each were ever produced.

The aims of the Union created in 1865, then known as the International Telegraph Union, were to promote, maintain and extend international co-operation in telecommunications.

Offered in excellent condition.
