This auction is for a set of 36 "Presidential Trading Cards", printed on the sides of milk cartons by the Carnation Milk Company in the late 1960's while Lyndon Johnson was still president in 1964/1965; the cards were issued in a series with two presidential cards featured on the side of any one particular milk carton; the sets of two have not been separated from each other so there are 18 milk carton sides with 36 cards included in this auction; they are in overall pretty good to very good condition with slight wear on a couple, they have been somewhat crudely cut off of the milk carton, a few have a hand written lower case "a" on them, believe this was the original owner's designation for "assassinated"; cards for all presidents from #1 George Washington through #36 Lyndon B.
