1960's Original Retro Weave Capsule Chairs

 I believe these chairs are from the 1960's.  However they could be earlier, they were around in our house before I was born in 1965!  They were originally garden chairs but have spent nearly all their life indoors.  The seats appear to be made of woven plastic in red and white and the frame and legs are made from black metal with white plastic foot protectors.  They have signs of obvious wear and tear and the black metal legs have some scratches on.  They are in good condition for their age but perhaps could benefit from a clean.  However, some people would see this as the patena!  They are still very usable and would suit someone with a retro home or who likes kitch! Although they have sentimental value I have no more space for them. They measure 70cm high, 69cm wide, total depth of capsule part 64cm and the seating depth is 43cm.
