A+ means excellent condition with no tears, creasing,marks,pretty close to mint
A means very good condition with no tears or creasing or marks
A- means good condition but may have some light creasing,some age discolouration, or light marks
B means fair and with some creasing, possibly small tears, which I try and detail, sometimes foxing (age related brown spots and browning often found on vintage documents).
C means poor, likely to have creasing, tears and foxing. Usually we would only list an item in this condition of some historical importance.
Description isn't a science or probably even an art! but if you do buy something and feel it hasn't been correctly described, please make contact.
PROGRAMME - what is a programme? A difference in terminology occasionally causes confusion with some overseas buyers. So, to clarify, a programme in the UK is sold at theatres and contains information about the show and depending on its vintage may or may not include cast and creative biographies, cast photographs, articles about the show, sometimes production or rehearsal pics. It is somewhat akin to a US Playbill, though usually carries more information specific to the production and isn't distributed free. In the UK what is referred to in the US as a programme, is called a Souvenir Brochure,glossy, large format publication with many production pictures.

UK buyers - we accept cheques, Postal Orders and Paypal.
Overseas buyers - we accept Paypal or sterling cheques from a UK bank.
Shipping
We try to make our postage and packing costs as fair as possible bearing in mind that on top of the actual postage there are costs for padded, board envelopes or poster tubes, labels and stationery, transport to and time at the Post Office.
Depending on the value of the item, sometimes we include insurance. Other times, not. If you are buying in the UK and would prefer your purchase is sent Recorded (and the option hasn't been offered), please email to request. The additional cost is 75p, which is what Royal Mail charge us (as of April 2009).
We aim to process orders within 3 days - sometimes quicker. Overseas delivery times do vary. The usual delivery time to the US, for example, is 5-7 days however mail can sometimes take longer depending on holidays. Mail can also be held up in customs.

If you are unhappy with the item, return can be made for refund within 14 days. Contact before doing so would be appreciated. If the item is damaged or faulty, we will refund your postage back to us.
