Genuine advertising ephemera from the 1950s






Original advertisement removed from a vintage 'Punch' magazine.

Date: 1956 original - not a copy

Size: full page ad approx 22cm wide x 29cm high (8 1/2 inch x 11 1/4 inch) 

The other side has an advert for Simpson gents knitwear. Please note this is ONE PAGE with the adverts printed on either side, not two separate pages!!

Condition: good, bright and clean. Printed on quality cream coated paper. PLEASE NOTE: this advert is at least 50 years old and you may be able to see the ad from the other side showing through, slight yellowing of the paper or other signs of age. I have provided high resolution images for you to examine but any significant defects will be mentioned. 

Postage & Packing: £1.75 UK, £2.50 Europe, £3.25 USA and worldwide. The advert will be sent in a plastic sleeve and sandwiched between thick cardboard for maximum protection (board-backed envelopes are not strong enough in my opinion!). The P&P cost includes a modest amount for the time it takes to package the item properly and drive to the Post Office.

Terms: Paypal preferred or cheque/Postal Order in GBP but please allow 5 days for cheques to clear. International bidders - Paypal only. The item will be posted within 2 working days of receiving payment (unless I am away on holiday!). Please contact me within 5 days of purchase.
