This is a summer issue and so has travel features covering both Europe and Australia.

Lots of fashion and beauty advertisements but also many car (now vintage) advertisements given the travel theme of this issue.
Many women made their own clothes or had their dress makers copy the latest fashions and Vogue Patterns are very much in evidence as are advertisments and editorial on the various fabrics available. The manmade fibres that so thrilled the fifties women featured.
CONDITION: Very Good
This vintage magazine is 52 years old and is in remarkably good condition throughout. The pages are flat and tight. Check-out the scan of the cover, it is the magazine on offer not a stock photograph. The bottom and top 1cm of the spine but the spine is worn and you can see on the scan the 1cm strip on the top edge corner of the spine /cover is missing - it is minor and not very noticeable. There is a slight graze on the model leg - again check out the scan. All in all this is a good clean sharp issue and very much of gift quality.
STILL IN VOGUE has a policy of honesty in the description of the vintage and used magazines we sell. This may work against us in that we draw attention to damage and it sounds much worse than it is. Not all vintage magazine sellers offer individual condition reports so one is left to assume their magazines are all in mint condition. We hope however that you, the buyer, appreciate that we want to supply you with goods that will match or exceed your expectations and not dash them.
POSTAGE: Vogue issues vary in weight enormously so the postal charges reflect the cost. All parcels are sturdily wrapped to prevent damage in the post.
