The Big honcho himself here at The Den has finally persuaded a friend of his to part with some of his extensive collection of model vintage and classic cars. Amongst theses are the superb quality white metal and plastic replicas from Signature Models in 1:18 Scale (they are Big in every meaning of the word). Also an extensive range of Signature Models, of veteran, vintage and classic cars from the 1900’s to the 1960’s in both 1:18 and 1:32 scales Most of them are hard to obtain in these scales over here. Hence why the 1stwhitewolf wanted to get his paws on them for his collection. Having now merged both collections. He inevitably found that he now was in possession of a number of duplicate models. “The Frenzied Collector” has decided (with some reluctance) to part with them. Once they are gone they are gone. So do not miss this opportunity to obtain for yourself one of these finely detailed models. Mostly they are new and only been removed from their boxes for photographing and to prepare this catalogue. f f f All cars will be sold “AS SEEN” in the photographs. The 55 Imperial was issued in single, two or three tone paintwork. They were lean, low, fast, maneuverable, and reliable. f f f The Signature Models 1:18 Car This super precision 1:18 Scale Model by Signature of a 1955 Chrysler Imperial. It is in the popular classic Two-tone white and Cherry/Burgundy paint work. The Body work in the cherry/burgundy with the roof in white. The tyres are black rubber with a white rim, they have detailed tread. The steering wheel turns the front wheels. The Interior continues the outside colourization it has matching white upholstery with cherry/burgundy panels. The bumpers, the radiator grill, head and rear light trim, Wheel hubs, mirrors, windscreen and rear window frames, door handles external and internal, main trim are all depicted in chrome. The front bonnet mascot is in gold and the rear and front Imperial Eagle Mascots are chrome coloured. This lovely precision models features opening bonnet, which can be carefully opened to show the detailed engine within. Both doors can be opened. As does the boot or trunk. This delightful model of a 1955 Imperial by Chrysler measures approximately eleven and a three quarter inches long, three inches high, by nearly four inches wide. Rather a lot of Model For your Money. f f f It stands on its own plinth with its name plaque.
