On offer here is a beautiful shaped early g-plan retro sideboard dresser cabinet dating to the 1950's made by Ernest Gomme. Gold makers marks to interior drawer. Pefect for a flat screen tv

Made of tola wood, similar to rosewood in appearance the sideboard stands on classic g-plan ebonised legs united by shaped stretchers giving the impression the sideboard body floats above. The sideboard above has two large cupboards under 3 short drawers. The cupboards enclose open shelving within and the right hand drawer is sectioned for cutlery. Finished with a flared edge sideboard top

Condition

Offered in a very good and solid condition commensurate with age. This item is old so please do not expect it to be as new. Free of worm and solid in joint, polished and ready to use having very very minor nominal knocks and knicks to the leading edges though old and polished in and far from obvious. (see photo)
