This small, metal LICENSE PLATE TOPPER is probably from the early 1950's. As the pictures show, it advertises FARM BUREAU INSURANCE for the MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE CO., Columbus, Ohio. The manufacturer's name is at the base of the topper - GRAMMES, Allentown. The topper is 4 1/4" tall x 3" across and is in very good condition.
