My Stores Logo  Beautiful cross and chain that would make a lovely vintage present.  The stones are crystals - probably Austrian as I have some of this blue colour of my own. 

  • The cross is 3cm long and marked STERLING on the back. 
  • The chain is solid silver and although unmarked it is definitely solid silver - tested.  I guarantee my items to be what I say they are. 
  • The chain is 16" long and approx 2mm across the links. 
  • Secure old type fastener. 
  • The cross and chain weigh, 5.7grams!!!

I shall gift wrap with a small tag ready to give which I do all year round.

I always declare defects and look hard to see them.  All weights of items and cwt of stones is approximate.  Items are shown larger to display the item fairly for qualities and defects. 
  • I do not sell brand new jewellery, either vintage or second-hand and my collectables likewise are not new items.  Please remember this when bidding.

"Today hallmarking is governed by the Hallmjarking Act of 1973, which has simplified them and made them easier to understand.  The Act came into force on 1 January 1975 and governs the hallmarking of silver, gold and platinum at the four UK assay offices 0 London, Birmingham, Sheffield and Edinburgh.  The main points to note are:
  • Hallmarks must now consist of a maker's (or sponsor's) mark, the standard mark, the assay mark and the date letter. (Edinburgh uses the lion rampant for sterling silver.)
  • All silver items weighing more than 7.8g must be hallmarked (1g for gold, 0.5g for platinum.)"
