This week’s Items delivery schedule:

If you live south of Knaresborough (east coast), including the London area, delivery will be Tuesday 17^th  November 2009, however, you have to contact me by Monday 16^th November 3pm to confirm, delivery address (please note cash on delivery only!!), postcode and (mobile) phone number so we can schedule delivery to your house!

You will be contacted the evening before delivery with an approximate delivery time.

Next delivery to this area will be early December 2009.

London area: if delivery is within the congestion charge area an additional £8 will be added to cover these costs (not on the weekends!)

Currently there seems to be a problem with the Ebay’s emails, if you have sent us a question through their ‘ask a sellers question’ and do not receive a reply then use our own email address which will always be answered quickly.

call us on 07527 167 980 for any additional information on the items selling or to arrange viewing of the item in our warehouse at Beech Ave Business Park,  Harrogate, HG2 8DS, please note this can only be done by prior arrangement as we are not always available!!

Delivery General:

Delivery quoted is door to door, I will help getting the item from the van into your home (within reason), but be aware that this is at the buyers risk, any damage to the item or property is the responsibility of the buyer.

Postage stated is for the above (Knaresborough to London) stated delivery area only. Other areas, outside a radius of 30 miles from London contact me for a delivery quote, delivery will be confirmed after you contact me!

Multiple items at the same delivery address: First item full price (most expensive one) any other item after that halve price per item (minimum charge of £35.00) please note this is for normal size items only!!!

Northern England and southern Scotland: Normal delivery cost will be £85.00, delivery to these areas will be within two weeks, as above you have to contact me ASAP to confirm delivery address (cash on delivery only), postcode and phone number so we can schedule delivery to your house!

Regional deliveries:

Harrogate area £25 -35 depending on size of item

Leeds / York area £45-55 depending on size of item

Northern France, Belgium and Holland

I will personally deliver to these areas (which will have a cost between £150.00 and £250.00, I offer great discount for multiple items!!!) every month, please contact me for a specific quote prior to bidding, or you can send your own courier to pick the item up.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Please obtain a shipping quote prior to bidding. All customs taxes, duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Pick up by yourself / or your courier

You are welcome to arrange your own collection (cash at pick up only!!),  if using a courier service we hold no responsibility for any damage incurred by any couriers other than our own. Please note that the items are not wrapped, if you wish we can do this for an additional fee.

Pick up in person has to be within 7days, otherwise a storage charge of £25 per week will be added, this is due to people not picking up the items within a reasonable time , my storage facilities are very restricted!!!!!

Additional note:

If you are planning to bid, be aware that many buyers are now using programmes called SNIPERS, these programmes enter the auction in the last five seconds of a auction and make it impossible to submit a bid within the last seconds of the auction. Our advice is to bid early to avoid disappointment.

Return Policy:

I do offer a return policy (within 7 days of receipt) refunds will not be offered on the delivery service. It is the buyers responsibility (and cost) to return the item to me, I can pick the item up but a pick up charge will apply.

Items can only be returned in the same condition as sold, if damaged no refund will be given.

Item sizes should be checked before bidding, please ensure items will fit through stairwells, doorways, your home!!!,  etc. refund will not be given for a mistake on the buyers part.

Payment has to be made within 7 days or the item will be relisted, and you will be given a negative feedback, please contact me prior to any issues developing, I am reasonable!
