Multi Dimension Tread Design. The sophisticated tread design of the S.drive is a result of Yokohama’s Advance Simulation Technology. The variable angled groove optimises tread contact with the road and dramatically enhances traction while cornering. The groove-in-groove design allows the pattern block to effectively distribute stress loads to reduce uneven wear during tight cornering.

Advanced Micro Flexible Compound In order to secure maximum grip in undulating road conditions, extra fine silica and highly reactive polymer is used for this exclusive tread compound. The micro flexible rubber compound enables the surface of the tyre to effectively wrap itself around imperfections in the road, rather than riding over them.
