Lost or Damaged Post

A certificate of posting for uninsured mail or a tracking number for recorded or special delivery (insured mail) is obtained for every sent item. 

I cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged mail once the item has been passed to Royal Mail. The buyer will therefore be responsible for pursuing any claim. I will provide the necessary" certificate of posting" or tracking number to assist the buyer.

I cannot offer refunds for items lost or damaged in the post.
