From circulation example of the coin except that this is one of the very scarce varieties of the year where the 9 in the date is over another 9, this arose where the 9 in the date became damaged and the die had to be repaired, this variety has the underneath 9 clearly showing in the top loop of the coin, the damaged 9 can be clearly seen sticking out from the right hand side of the downstroke of the 9.
