MORALS AND DOGMA of the ANCIENT
AND ACCEPTED SCOTTISH RITE OF FREEMASONRY prepared for the SUPREME
COUNCIL OF THE THIRTY-THIRD DEGREE for the Southern Jurisdiction of the
United States and Published by Its Authority. Date of
printing: 1944.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE 'WATERED DOWN' VERSION THAT HAS BEEN PRINTED
SINCE 1950 ON. This edition has ALL of the 'secret teachings' before
some of them were withdrawn from publication... lest they fall into the
wrong hands.
If you are looking for just ONE book to help you understand the
innermost secrets of Freemasonry... to understand the doctrine and the
teachings of the Kabbala... the Knights Templar... the Rosicrucians...
and all the other Occult and Esoteric Ancient teachings... then THIS is
the book to get.
There
is black and white reproduction of a photograph or painting of author
Albert Pike on the frontispiece.... and the words "Entered according to
Act of Congress, in the year 1871, by ALBERT PIKE, In the Office of the
Librarian of Congress, at Washington. Entered according to
Act of Congress, in the year 1906, by THE SUPREME COUNCIL OF THE
SOUTHERN JURISDICTION, A.A.S.R., U.S.A., In the Office of the Librarian
of Congress, at Washington. L.H. Jenkins, Inc. Edition Book
Manufacturers, Richmond, VA, Reprinted June 1944.
From the preface:
"... Of
course, the ancient theosophic and philosophic speculations are not
embodied as part of the doctrines of the Rite; but it is of interest
and profit to know what the Ancient Intellect thought upon these
subjects, and because nothing so conclusively proves the radical
difference between our human and the animal nature, as the capacity of
the human mind to entertain such speculations in regard to itself and
the Deity..."
CONDITION:
The dark red cloth binding with gold embossing is in quite good
condition. The spine is tight, as are the pages, which are unmarked and
without dog ears. Take a look at the cover photo and you'll see there
are a few small light spots on the binding, both front and back. There
is some very minor bumping to the corners, a tiny bit of scuffing to
the edges. A previous owner's name is written in pen on the
first inside page.

We
ship quickly -- usually within a day or two after receiving payment.
Per eBay rules, we can only ship outside of US using a shipping method
which allows tracking, which Priority Mail International does. While we
pride ourselves on the
quality of our packing and offer FREE tracking and delivery
confirmation on all U.S. shipments, items not insured are the sole
responsibility of the purchaser; insurance is always an option on all
auctions. We cannot ship
to Italy and
France.
We
charge only what the US Postal Service charges, no extra packing or
handling fees. You can determine the charge to any destination using
the Postage calculator on the auction. Under "Shipping" just click on
the link that says "See more services" and select your country, and you
will be told the exact cost. I do combine shipping on multiple
purchases wherever feasible
and safe, so please wait for my final invoice before paying if you are
bidding on multiple items. |
