This snood has been crocheted by myself using a good quality Italian 4ply rayon.   (bought on ebay and this is seller`s information )  It is silky and is a very narrow ribbon type yarn. Nice shade of green. It is quite a roomy snood and will suit thick shoulder length hair as shown.

I have used the Solomon`s knot stitch which gives a nice lacy style and shows yarn to it`s best advantage.

Elasticated all round for a secure fitting and finished with a broader band across the front.

I have added clear sparkly beads on a silver thread to this band as shown. They are crocheted in so will not come loose
