A nice Very Fine condition 1940 King George VI Penny. I am not an expert, but in my opinion  Very Fine is the grade that i consider it to be.

Very Fine = Some wear on raised surfaces, but still retaining much detail.

A Coin to add to a collection Or as a birthday gift for that special person about to celebrate their very special 69th Birthday- pop it in a card!
