Checks held 7-10 days. Shipment will go out sooner with receipt of money order. Refunds are made for bid price only and if there is a mistake in the description. Bids out side the USA must be paid by Paypal, or Bidpay. Customs forms must have the value of the item listed and must be classified as merchandise.
