Payment Methods

All payments to be received within 7 days of auction end or we reserve the right to resell. Payments from U.K buyers to be sent via Paypal. Please contact us if you wish to collect the item or use another payment method. All payments from overseas buyers must be made via Paypal only.  Thank you.

Refunds

All our items are sent through the post office and include insurance. We will aim to refund your purchase as soon as possible if you do not receive your item or it is delivered to you in a damaged state. However, this may take time as we need to claim though the post office. We do not offer partial refunds or refund unwanted items.

Postage

All of our items are packaged to the highest standards. We aim to dispatch all items within 3 days of received payment. However, due to circumstances out of our control it may take longer to dispatch the item. Should this be the case we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

All of our postage costs are automatically calculated by eBay, and include an extra fee to cover postage insurance on all items over £39. If you are bidding on an item and the price goes over £39 please be aware that an extra £2 will be added to the postage price to cover insurance costs. Should you require additional postage services, e.g. express delivery, then please contact us before bidding and we will get back to you with a price as soon as possible. Postage prices are non-negotiable, However, we will do our best to offer a discount when multiple items are purchased.
