Part Walker & Hall 1933/4 Art Deco Cutlery Set

30 pieces of this distinctly Art Deco silver plated cutlery, comprises:
6 x Fish Knives
6 x Fish Forks (large 3 tyne)
6 x Dessert Forks (small 3 tyne)
6 x Dessert Spoons
6 x 4 Tyne Forks

I would imagine the dinner knives for this set were the white handle variety with steel blades that were popular at this time, these unfortunately have gone astray from this set, but it would not be difficult to obtain a sympathetic set to complete this set.

All pieces are marked 'Walker & Hall A1' and have the registration number '780234' impressed in them. this number dates the set at around 1933/34, just right for their Deco shape and styling.

They are all as they came to us, I have not had the chance to polish them so you can see they are a little tarnished and scratched looking. The plate is in good unworn condition so a gentle polish would improve the appearance no end.
