UK Postage - We use Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery as these methods insures against damage or breakage of glass or ceramics, plus you have the benefit of quick delivery.   1st class insures upto the value of 100 1st class stamps - Special Delivery upto £500. 

Outside the U.K. - Please contact me for insured delivery costs if you require more than the Paypal insurance.

Payment within 7 days of close of sale please, as we are keen to get our items to their new homes where they can be enjoyed. 

We make every effort to carefully and protectively pack all items to withstand the rigours of despatch, if however they do arrive in less than perfect condition we will require a photograph of damage incurred to allow us to claim compensation from the courier.

All items are sold as seen and as described. The description of the item is as honest & as accurate as we can make it. All pictures are of the actual item. As all our items are individually hand made, dimensions may vary slightly between each glass.  All our items are pre owned so please expect small signs of surface wear – we always mention anything that detracts. If an item is not etched with the factory name then it is classed as seconds
