Hocking. This is the undated 1929 first edition of Hocking's story of a Methodist preacher in Lancashire which reflects his own career as a clergyman preacher. A good solid binding with slight wear, pages are clean, all complete. Handwritten Church Prize inscription on front endpaper dated 1929.
