Yellowback is the nickname of a particular type of cheap editions of fiction or occasionally non fiction which evolved about the middle of the 19th century for display and sale on railway bookstalls.
This undated 1920s reprint of Tuppers biographical historical novel is on of the last so called yellowback's.
