HUGE 14 INCHES BLADE , MARKED AT RICASSO ON ONE SIDE " S.A." WITHY GRENADE AND DATE "1913" . ON OTHERSIDE IT IS STAMPED " U.S. " WITH SERIAL NUMBER " 16972"

BLADE IS CORRECT , WITH STILL SOME BLACK BLUE FINISH , WITH OVERALL LIGHT/ SMALL PITTINGS BUT NOT SO DEEP , AS TO ALLOW GOOD POLISHING IF NEEDED . SPEARPOINT GOOD .

RED BAKELITE HANDLES WITH THREE BRASS RIVETS . SURELY A WWII CUSTOMIZED EUROPEAN THEATER WORK  , AS THE KNIFE WAS PURCHASED " AS IT IS " HERE SOUTH OF FRANCE IN PUBLIC AUCTION . ( MEANWHILE THIS MODEL HAS NOW BECOMED VERY SCARCE IN THE U.S.A. ...!! )
