Description

A  antique Pickard Studio hand painted plate signed by the artist ..Florence M. James.. a well known artist of the Pickard Studios .. this is one of her early works dating from 1903-1908...this artists works are highly collectible, her paintings on porcelain are always so exquisite.. on a soft yellow to blue background are rich red poppies and they pretty green leaf foliage .. outlined in a fine line of gold gilt.. trim and accented also in a layer of gold gilt.. signed F James in gold.

In PRISTINE Condition!!! Measures 6 3/4" in diameter with a slightly scalloped shape.
