1906 / WW1 era Rule book for Rural Postman.150 pages

1906 Rule book for Rural Postman.150 pages -hardback

Book is 12cm x 18.2cm.Cover is grubby with some pencilled drawings on -may rub out,otherwise in good condition .Date not obvious inside but on base of contents page has 40,000 12/06 -I assume 40,000 printed Dec.1906.

There are lots of paper revisions to paragraphs -loosly glued to spine edge -this are dated in some cases between 1913 and 1918 -I assume the postman was issued with update and he added to book?

Inner in good condition with lots of revisions as mentioned.Canvas spine has minor wear at upper and lower.
