1903 Little Masterpieces, Burns, Shelley, Byron etc.

 This auction is for a beautiful and COMPLETE set of 12 Little Masterpieces by some of the world’s best and most renowned Poets.

Edited by William Stead Jr, these books were published by Henry Stead of London in 1903 and are gilt edged on the top. Each cover is blindstamped  with Henry Steads Monogram and the spine is written in gold.

Each book measures approx 4” wide by 6” deep and are remarkably good condition for their age. There are no rips or tears, VERY minor bumping on the spines and the covers are clean.  However, some have slight marks and a couple have watermarks.  I have tried to capture all these in the pictures.
